Terms and Conditions

1. Check-in time is from 15:00 onwards and check-out time is
12:00 noon. Early check-in and Late Check Out surcharge
shall be applied as per Hotel Policy.
2. The guest that is present to check-in must be 21 years old
or above. The guest’s complete address is required by Law.
3. All rooms are NON-SMOKING rooms. In violation of such
terms, the Guest is immediately liable to pay a Penalty Fee
of RM100 ( Security Deposit to be fully forfeited) and will
be further held responsible fee payment of all charges
resulting from the smoking violation including, but not
limited to smoke damage or the removal of smoke residue
including painting & cleaning.
4. Wearing Helmets, Bringing in Pets, Hazardous Chemicals and Pungent-Smell
Fruits like Durian and Mangosteen into the Hotel Areas &
Rooms are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
5. Each room can accommodate up to maximum 2 pax only,
unless otherwise regulated.
6. Regardless of charge instructions, the guest shall
acknowledge and be personally liable for the payment of
all charges increased during their stay at J SUITES HOTEL
KUALA TERRENGGANU.
7. The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage
to J SUITES HOTEL KUALA TERRENGGANU accused by
themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are
responsible.
8. As per the Keeper Act 1952 ( Section 4 ), the hotel shall not
be liable for any loss or injury to the guest’s personal

belongings and valuable like money, jewelry or any
valuable in the guest’s rooms.
9. Upon check-in, the guest will be required to pay a
refundable security deposit of RM100 in cash to the Hotel.
The deposit will be refunded to the guest upon check-out
(minus any amount deducted for the damage/loss to the
hotel property if say)
10. All Room Key Cards must be returned to the Front
Office upon check out. We will collect an additional
refundable deposit of RM20.00 per card (as a penalty)
upon check-out if the key is not returned.
11. Housekeeping services – to inform front office to
Make Up room for stayover guests – Last call before
5.00pm
12. Maintenance services – To have direct access to all
rooms to carry out Maintenance services when it is
deemed necessary.
13. We would like to highlight to you that based on our
official hotel policy, payment received by our Hotel Staff
are NON-REFUNDABLE after the guest has acknowledged
receipt of the key card(s) and completed the check-In
process at our Front Office.
