How far is the Hotel from town?
The Mesui Hotel is only 600m away from Pavilion KL, 1.5km from Petronas Twin Towers and 2.2km away from Chinatown Kuala Lumpur.
Do we need a car to get around?
The Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion KL is around walking distance however you could go to other destinations by using E-hailing or our local taxis.
How can I get from the International Airport to the Hotel?
The hotel provides taxi service to both airports KLIA / KLIA2. The price depends on the type of transport requested by the guest.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
There are only limited free parking spaces available at the hotel. Based on first come first serve basis. Paid parking are available beside the property as well.
Can I check-in at 7am?
Early check-ins at 7am-10am will have an extra charge of RM100, check-ins at 10am to 1am will have an extra charge of RM50. Our actual check-in time is 3.00pm.
Does the hotel requires deposit ?
RM100 of damaged deposit will be collected upon check-in and is refunded during check out if no damaged has been done to our property. Thank you for your co-operation.
Are the hotel rates subjected to service tax?
Hotel rates shown on our direct website are included of tax. However, effective 1 September 2017, room rates are subjected to government tourism tax of RM10 and will be charged upon check in. Please provide relevant documents for identification upon check-in. Malaysia citizens ( including PR) are exempted from TTX.
Does the hotel requires payment in advance ?
Our guests can proceed payment at our hotel during check-in. However the guest’s credit card details are required for guarantee purposes.
Can I book a hotel room by telephone or email?
Reservations can be made on the hotel’s direct website or any OTAs such as Agoda.com or Booking.com. Reservations through telephone or email are subjected to availability.
